Andrew is currently the Founder, CEO & CIO of Quantum QB as well as a Director of the Quantum QB Limited (Cayman) Fund. Quantum QB is an AI led Systematic Hedge Fund established in 2023, having spun out of a large Swiss-headquartered liquid alternative manager where Andrew had also been the CEO & CIO responsible for several billion in assets across five different investment teams, mixed between Systematic and Discretionary strategies investing across all liquid markets. From 2014 to 2021 he ran a consulting business providing investment and commercial strategic advice to investment management firms across a number of disciplines in both discretionary and systematic management, covering public and private markets across the capital structure. Prior to this, Andrew spent six years as Head of America’s & Institutional Businesses for Winton Capital and was a member of the Senior Management Team. Andrew also spent 14 years at Henderson Global Investors, with the time split between investment roles Managing FX, Fixed Income & Credit, and senior commercial roles. Andrew has an undergraduate degree in Financial Services & Economics and post graduate qualifications with CIM & IIMR (now CFA) as well as his regulatory licenses in Europe and the USA.
